This costume mainly utilizes taffeta, velvet, peau de soie, and organza. Flowers and organza are finished with heat manipulation/finishing. Majority of costume includes serged seams and lining; bodice includes boning. Hat is mainly hand stitched, layering trims for dimension and utilizing batting for structure.

A magical witch comes to life in this marriage of flowy circle-cut fabric and hand-gathered ruffles. The tiers of the skirt are finished with heat-sealed organza scallops, held up by a lightweight cage hoop skirt. The roses are interfaced chiffon formed with heat and paired with velvet accents. Topped off with a batting-structured pill box hat with hand cut and handsewn trims.
