Pattern Designer Exhibit Package includes:

The Pattern Designer Pavilion showcases pattern designers from quilting, sewing to bag making and more.

Pattern Designer Pavilion:

• 1 Meter pegboard – 37” wide by 94” tall (70″ tall usable space)
• 1 Shelf approximately 12 inches from the ground
• 1 Light above your pegboard
• 1 Company ID sign
• Directory listing
• Floorplan listing
• Access to h+h americas Show floor, including Master Classes, as your individual schedule permits
• Opportunity to showcase your product(s) at one of the Pavilion’s dedicated demo stations.

Please note:

1. All participants must be an established pattern designers with at least two published patterns and a social media presence, website or blog.
2. Participating Designers are expected to be present to set-up and breakdown their own panel.
3. This is a collaborative space. Should a Designer want to spend time in the Pavilion, they should plan to spend no more than a maximum of 3–4 hours per day at the Pavilion.
4. While at the Pavilion, participants are expected to represent the Pavilion as a whole — not just their individual panel. It will be helpful to familiarize yourself with the Pavilion patterns and products of the other participating companies.
5. There is no seating within the pavilion. There are many places to sit all around the convention. If you want to be a part of the booth but can’t stand long, accommodations can be made. The space is wheelchair accessible.
6. Each designer is responsible for their own hooks and other items for their pegboard.
7. You will also be asked to purchase two bins for pattern storage to go under your shelf. Show Management will provide the information for you.
8. Show Management is providing secure storage for those participating in the Pattern Designer Pavilion.
